We have experienced, devoted and passionate staff and we take our work seriously. We provide all medical supplies, gasses, life saving equipment and vehicles needed for any event we attend.

Our mission at SEMS Medical Services is to make sure everybody is feeling safe knowing they’re in good hands. We aim to ease the pressure of event organisers and emergency services across Wales by providing first class medical services.

We have used SEMS at all our Festival & Concerts since they took over our full medical provision’s in 2018, they have covered in excess of 50 large scale events, Including Wales largest ever festival since the start. We estimate over a million customers have passed through the events whilst the SEMS team have been in control of our site wide medical infrastructure, resourcing and management. We are more than happy with the service provided and can’t recommend them enough. The staff are punctual, professional and very knowledgeable, the equipment is modern and well presented and the entire operation is slick and seamless. I feel safe, secure and assured knowing that my events will be looked after by SEMS.
 
Shane and his team offer us the very best service, from the planning phases with the MMP & attending SAG’s, right the way through to the event itself and beyond.

“The crew were fantastic, polite and professional. They had no problems getting Chrysi in.
I told them what the ‘person’ from St John’s had said and quoted for a private ambulance. He claimed that it would need two ambulances and six crew at a cost of £1,200 and hour for each ambulance and £60 an hour for each crew member AND if it went over one hour an additional hour would be charged.
It looks ridiculous now with hindsight but at the time I was quoted I had no comparison to make.
I am a hard old git. ex-prop forward and tough as old boots (disabled – enhanced rates of PIP for both Care and Mobility) and I admit freely that when I got your emails and cost I was in tears of relief. My wife was the same.

“Hi, I visited ice skating at Winter Wonderland Saturday. I fell over and then fainted before being taken off the ice in a wheel chair and seen in the medical area. I did in fact break my wrist (distal radius fracture). I wanted to feed back how calming and pleasant the medical attendant was (I believe his name was Owen? If I have that wrong I’m hoping the date and time will allow you to feed back to the right person) I really want to pass along my thanks for making an embarrassing and painful situation a little easier!”
